When will my order be shipped?
After payment verification, it takes up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays. If you order on a Friday after 11am, your order will likely be shipped the following Monday.
Can you deliver worldwide?
We currently ship across Europe and offer free shipping to our French customers. 🇫🇷
What are the forms of payment accepted ?
We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery may take between 5 and 13 working days, depending on your location in Europe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website. (“Track my order” section)
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of purchase, we will arrange the return and issue you a full refund. We really mean it! Please see our refund policy for applicable conditions.
How do I know what size to order?
We have a sizing chart for the product to help you find the perfect size. We generally only offer the smallest size possible, which usually equates to XS.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
